Belinda is a longtime creative partner whose work is grounded in craft, clarity, and strategic thinking. With deep experience in logo and identity design, packaging, and book design, she brings a thoughtful, systems-minded approach to every project. She spent more than a decade at Hornall Anderson (now Sid Lee), a Seattle-based agency known for transforming complex brand challenges into meaningful outcomes. She has designed for a wide range of organizations, spanning consumer brands, global companies, and nonprofits. She’s also a masterful art director with a sharp eye for photoshoots that feel both polished and human. Belinda asks smart questions, listens generously, and helps ideas land exactly where they belong.

BOB

Bob is, without question, the least productive member of the CACCICO team—yet the most important. Equal parts mascot, office skeptic, and hallway speed bump, he brings a steady (if somewhat aloof) presence to client meetings and internal brainstorms. His core competencies include elevating workplace morale, monitoring lunch containers, and maintaining a healthy suspicion of all delivery personnel. While he has yet to contribute to a slide deck or creative brief, his influence on team morale is quietly powerful, reminding everyone that joy is, in fact, part of the job.
